Launch of Aicore Life Sciences

A Letter of the Internet was signed between Aicore Life Sciences’ “founding” fathers (CLS-Ukraine, Aicore and Dr. PG Ruifrok) to establish the incorporation of a new pharmaceutical company registered in The Netherlands.

The company will own product dossiers, trademarks and other Intellectual Property Rights for the development, production, distribution, and marketing & sales of certain pharmaceutical products and medical devices, which will be sold in the EU, CIS and elsewhere.

The founding fathers have a common background in Organon, the former pharmaceutical division of AKZO. Via this new venture they aim to develop a product portfolio consisting of both affordable generics and new chemical entities/new dosage forms for in particular the European countries, with emphasis on women’s health.
